Great Experience We really enjoyed our experience at Manduna Resort. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean and we loved the flexibility of the private boat service for the surf! In general the staff took great care of us and the resort offered SUP Boards, surfboards and even bicycles. All in all an amazing stay!

The last locale of peace, beauty all natural and authenticity left in the world . Well... I am American. In Bali for 7 years . This place is it for me Manduna Resort with the owner Ed. If you want peace and tranquility this is it. You better go before the big Bali Resorts enter . I think the next 2 to 3 year's. The last most authentic location on earth ! If your in Bali or not its a must visit March 15 to November 30th. Plan now ! Spectacular!

Amazing surf paradise! stayed here for a surf trip and it was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding — incredibly personalized and attentive to every detail, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel is perfectly set up for surfers, with all the gadgets and gear you could dream of. They even offer a private water taxi service, jetski support for towing and foiling — truly all the toys. The food was amazing, beautifully prepared and full of flavor, and the setting itself is just stunning — peaceful, scenic, and far from the rush of the world. It takes a bit of effort to get there, but it’s absolutely worth it. Few places manage to combine comfort, nature, and such a genuine sense of tranquility. Can’t wait to go back.

Paradise escape Our family had a great time in Manduna... all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is great for a relaxing scape. Beautiful view, cozy bedrooms and nice pool view.

Natural Treasure Manduna Beach Resort is a treasure for many reasons. We spent 14 nights with our family and friends , I was sad to leave. The beach has the best views of the sunset, it's private and quiet. The rooms all have veiws of the surf , are spacious and kept very clean with large comfy beds. Fresh juices, fruit, fish, eggs, local dishes and desserts are apart of the weekly menu. If you opted for anything different the cook was more than happy to accommodate us . My husband loved the surf, I loved the snorkelling /gym, my son loved the volleyball / gym/ surf , also freedom to scooter off and explore . Big thanks to Elias and Rivaldo ( Aldo) our boatman. Yogi , just for being cool. Nenti, Inca, Max and the chef for serving and feeding us our delicious meals . All the staff are very friendly and kind thank you for making us feel safe and welcome. Manduna Beach Resort is where special memories are made !

Magical magical stay! From the very first contact, Manduna Resort made us feel incredibly welcome. Before our trip even began, Lanna and Elias set up a WhatsApp group with us and immediately started helping with every little detail, from booking our Susi Air tickets to arranging fast ferry transfers. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and this thoughtful support made us feel cared for long before we arrived. When we got to the resort, we were greeted by Eduardo, the owner, and his friends – all warm, kind-hearted Brazilians who radiate hospitality. The breakfast experience alone deserves a mention. Each morning you get a small checklist where you can choose exactly what you’d like – from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs, delicious Brazilian dishes, and great coffee. Eduardo personally checked if there was anything else we or our children would like, making sure even the smallest requests were met with a smile. The location is breathtaking. The resort sits right on a pristine beach scattered with beautiful shells. The water is perfect for both snorkeling and surfing, and often you have the whole place to yourself. At night, the sky is so dark and clear that we saw more stars than ever before. We rented scooters directly from Manduna, which made exploring easy. One evening, our fuel was running low and we planned to ask where to fill up the next day. Before we could even mention it, the staff had already topped up the tank for us – without asking for payment. This “above and beyond” approach was consistent throughout our stay. They also helped us plan surf lessons and gave advice on the best times to go snorkeling. We visited with our two daughters, aged 7 and 10, and it felt like the perfect family island experience – simple, natural, and full of warmth. The island is still underdeveloped, which adds to its charm, but it also means there are no large supermarkets. We recommend bringing extra sunscreen, especially for lighter skin, as it can be hard to find locally. In our case, when we ran out, Lanna generously shared her own supply without hesitation. We met lovely other families during our stay, adding to the friendly, home-like atmosphere of the resort. It was the perfect mix of comfort, community, and untouched beauty. Getting there from Amsterdam is a bit of a journey, but it’s absolutely worth it. Manduna Resort has truly stolen our hearts, and we will definitely return!!
