Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fluid Yoga style that unites the millennial techniques of Hatha Yoga with the fluid form of practicing the so-called vinyasa, a technique that combines the asanas (psychophysical body postures) and the pránáyáma (breathing exercises).

Surfyoga offers a differentiated teaching method in which the student receives a warm-up, stretching and meditation class using the principles of Hatha Yoga.
